The product worked well for a while but then it stopped keeping the drinks hot or cold, which means it’s broken.Now I can’t ask for a replacement or refund since it’s been more than a month.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it! He had been asking for a nice thermos for mornings when he goes to work or for early morning skiing, so I bought him this one from Stanley as I know they are a reputable company and will last a long time. The thermos is huge and very durable. It also keeps drinks hot for so long. Hoping this one stays around for a longggg time.

I dumped my large soda with ice into it sometime in the morning, and when I went to drink some several hours later, the ice was still the same size. It hadn't melted. I also keep my coffee hot through the day. By the next day, 24 hours later, it is lukewarm, so I am quite pleased with how it insulates. It seems very sturdy and is easy to keep clean. I use this thing daily.If I had one complaint, it would be that I wasn't prepared for how large it is. This is entirely my fault because I saw the dimensions, but when I actually got it, I realized it was much larger than I had envisioned. I wish I could have found a smaller size, because I did look before purchasing. I decided to go with this one, despite it holding more than I needed, but again, I didn't visually understand the size. I think when I go back to work, it is going to be too large for me to haul around. This is the unfortunate part. Great product, though. I will continue to use it!

I purchased this bottle on August 23, 2025, and have used it only 15–20 times over the past year. The bottle is in mint condition with zero drops, dents, or physical damage.Unfortunately, the vacuum insulation has completely failed. The moment I pour hot water inside, the outer body gets burning hot to the touch and the drink loses all heat within minutes.On top of that, Amazon's customer support system is completely broken for post-return window issues. The automated bots just loop you around and make it impossible to get real help for a clearly defective product. Extremely disappointed with both the bottle's durability and Amazon's support.
