Looks like skin cream in consistency but is a better product than familiar brands using lesser, read: unhealthier ingredients. I hope it's not news to you that many food products are full of chemicals rather than simple ingredients. Mayo is one product that comes in brands with suspicious or unhealthy ingredients. I'm very partial to Avocado oil. It's healthy, not polluted with noxious solvents, and stable. Second, I want to see real contents, say egg yolks, distilled vinegar, and Mustard seed. And I prefer glass containers because they don't leach nasty plasticizers into the food. Chosen Classic Mayo meets my standards, the taste is good, and the jar opens wide to allow scooping out with a spoon, rather than having to futz with some plastic lid/valve that works part of the time and wastes too much when it's "empty." It's cage-free, Non-GMO, and KETO friendly. And the price is reasonable at Amazon.

What can one say? Like many others, I used Hellmann’s mayonnaise for decades. Granted, it’s produced for the masses, but it possessed high-quality and good taste in spades. Then, like many others, I became concerned and a bit perplexed by the controversy engulfing seed oils. Aghast, I immediately began to search for an alternative mayonnaise. Then, bam! …I spied Chosen! It’s great tasting and made with wonderful avacado oil! I bid farewell to seed oils and will never look back! Bravo!

Very creamy and tasty. Only issue has been PO deliveries have been late and my bottle’s lid was broken. We all know what it’s like to get a refund, even with pictures. Luckily I ordered two bottles.

Delicious wonderful taste, texture is great. I could use it to be a larger jar. Nice to have an even 2 cops. With recipes being as they are. Considering the healthy value and the quality, I definitely recommend .

I'm admittedly peculiar about Mayo and it's taste. Miracle whip ladies and gents IS NOT MAYO but listed as a "Dressing" which is what it is. And I've only ever used Hellmans Mayo. I found out almost a year ago about my heart complications etc. and dietary changes had to be made. And I love myself some mayo. What to do? A friend recommended I try this and I LOVE IT. So much healthier, so much lighter, spreads easily and is made with the healthy avocado oil and I use just enough to flavor tuna etc. It tastes lovely and I literally just ordered 4 jars so I won't run out of it. Make the switch, it's healthier, tasty, and you'll never go back. 46 pounds lost since December, good luck and tasty eating to you :)

The taste is so much better than the Soybean oil mayo I used to buy; the texture took a few tries to get used to, but this tastes so much better in my salads. As someone with Eczema, having a version without seed oils is a huge plus for my skin and Keto. It's on the expensive side, but it's so worth it. I haven't experienced any oil separation, and the texture isn't the same as the seed oil version, but it's still good.

Es un poco grande para el ritmo que la consumo pero el sabor y textura son muy buenos. Llegó bien empacada y sellada, se mantiene muy bien en el refrigerador, se siente más ligera que las mayonesas tradicionales. La volvería a comprar.

So much better than traditional store bought Mayo. This is actually health food now with healthy fats and no sugar. As as added benefit tastes just great and is priced fairly. Highly recommended.

The mayo arrived separated. I tried shaking the jar but it was not enough. I then used a stick blender and it mixed everything well but it was the consistency of milk. It could possibly be re-emulsified with the addition of an egg or 2 but, I ordered the readymade so I would not need to make it !

I only bought this for health reasons but was pleasantly surprised when I found out it was so tasty and creamy. 😋 This is my go-to mayonnaise from now on. 👀
