On Boards: Simple and Inspiring Recipes and Ideas to Share at Every Gathering

Just bought a Spanish wine bar and needed some inspiration for the perfect Charcutier/Cheese board and this was just what I was looking for - Full of ideas supported by great images - Loved it and the recipe for romance sauce is loved by all of our customers which is probably the best accolade you can give

Absolutely gorgeous book for anyone who loves doing charcuterie boards (or loves thinking about doing them). The photos are gorgeous, and the "recipes" are great. I say "recipes" in that most of the boards have what's on them and why (balance sweet and salty, etc), but some boards do have dip, etc. recipes. I loved that each board also has tips on substitutions (helping you figure out what might work instead of a pricey item shown etc) and what drinks pair nicely with it. There are dessert boards, snack boards, kid-friendly boards, veggie boards, and of course, full meat and cheese boards. The photos alone make this worthwhile for all of the inspiration they provide! Our friends love the book, and think we may need to get our own!

I got this cookbook as a gift last Christmas along with a charcuterie board, and it’s fantastic. It’s full of creative ideas and really inspires you to make beautiful boards. Such a thoughtful gift and a great addition for anyone who loves entertaining!
