High Quality Pan
I have had this pan for 6 months now, used every day, sometimes more than once, so now is the right time to give a realistic review. Looks impressive, with the unusual nonstick coating, and a solid feel to the stainless steel base and handle. Quality glass lid, with a vent hole. After using it for a couple of times, I noticed that some of the food was sticking to the surface, which was not good. I contacted the manufacturers, who did show honest concern, and asked me to persevere, and allow a little more time. They said they would refund, if not completely satisfied. Fair enough. This is a brilliant quality pan. Not much if anything sticks, but a few foodstuffs do, but nothing to serious. Heat distribution is excellent, and is a lovely size to cook stir fry food etc. It cleans without any issues, like new. I have never put it in the dishwasher, wash it by hand, so simple, and quick, and comes up like new every time. I have reviewed the 1 star comments, and don’t understand the comments about being sticky! Handle missing- fair enough, but easily rectified. I believe in spending as much as you can afford when buying products of this nature. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Update a year on. The photo you see is a year on. This pan gets used every day, sometimes twice. Stir fry, sauces, frying onions, mushrooms etc. Its absolutely brilliant. I always wash it by hand. Some items stick ever so slightly, however, the pan cleans like this every time with a little soapy water. Best pan I have ever bought....and I have bought a few. Just buy it!

Very good wok/pan for this price
Needed to replace my Oxo work and wanted something without a teflon coating and was dishwasher safe as my kids are starting to cook. This wok fit the bill perfectly. It was not too expensive at the £40 mark, and was super versatile. We use it on an induction oven and from range of 1-9, the highest heat we use is 6 because the heat distribution is very good, even on the surfaces not touching the induction surface. A pleasant change from other woks where only the bottom cooks through properly. We also found the pan to be sufficiently non-stick due to the surface, and our use of a bit of oil when cooking. We burned the bottom when we used too high heat and figured out that medium heat was sufficient and allowed items to cook without burning. Anything that did burn on the bottom (fried rice in our case) came of easily by letting the pan cool first. This is a really handy wok, great replacement for the teflon coated ones, and easy to clean. We dishwashed it only 2-3 times as hand cleaning was just easier (than taking up all that space in the dishwasher). My young teens have done well cooking with it too. The pan itself is slightly heavy for my mother to use, but for me its got the right balance of weight so it stays put on the stove, but can easily be shaken and tossed when necessary.

Top class non stick wok and for well under half the price of a hex lad or pure clad
Having trawled the Amazon site reviews for non stick woks and compared other online stores. The wok arrived well packed in under 24 hrs with prime. On opening the box, it immediately became clear that this was a quality item. Easy to read instructions on how to put the handle on with the supplied spanner and they include 2 spare nuts. I followed the pre-use guide and then set about cooking. I was sceptical of the non stick performance but was impressed and thought the sales videos used silicon oil. But no, it truly is non stick on the hob and in the grill. Cleaning afterwards was a doddle with no stains, scratches or marks. It is not very often that I’m impressed but glad to say that I am. The price is very reasonable too considering the lid is included.

Sturdy solid pan.
Great sturdy, solid pan. Cooks food evenly. Just soak in hot water with washing liquid after use and it comes up like new!

Love it!
After researching induction hobs, I found my aluminium 'induction ready' pots were ineffective, always requiring the highest heat settings to cook. The key factor is iron content. Iron pots are effective but heavy and small, while carbon steel is lighter and cheaper but they rusts easily. I considered stainless steel, despite its cleaning challenges, and looked into the more expensive HexClad but its high price and lack of a lid made me skeptical and the reviews noted sticking issues with both woks, especially with proteins like egg and fish so I decided to go with this one. After using the stainless steel pan, I found it exceptional. The highest heat setting is now too high, and I can use a broader range of heat settings with better control, similar to a gas cooker. Metal utensils are essential for both health reasons and because the wok is stainless steel you have no worry about scratching. Oiling the pan before heating a few times helps prevent food from sticking but also make sure you don't add food to the wok while it's cold will also help. Also never add cold water to a hot pan to prevent warping, if your frying pan is bowed then that's why. Pros: Looks great, incredible heat distribution, effective non-stick pattern. Cons: Heavy-ish, though not as heavy as iron, and food can stick if not used correctly. If you're serious about cooking, give this stainless steel wok a try—you won't be disappointed.

AVOID you can get the same results from a no cheaper pan.
Avoid this pan. I seasoned it 3 times ( not just the once it tells you too ) and food still sticks. They say not to use high heat, WOKs are for cooking on high heat, thats the whole idea, I really wish I hadnt bought this pan Even cooking on low heat it still sticks , I am beyond disappointed.

Hard-Wearing Pan, Not 100% Non-Stick
This is a well-designed pan, sturdy and attractive. It is coated with a non-stick surface and also etched with a stainless steel honeycomb pattern. The stainless steel honeycomb pattern has a plus and a minus. The plus is that it makes the non-stick surface less likely to scratch. They advertise it as being safe to use any kind of spatula, even metal ones. The minus is that food sticks to stainless steel. That's why the instructions say that some ingredients...eggs and fish in particular, have a tendency to stick. This happens to me unless I take special care to heat it up and oil it well before adding. However, even if food sticks, it is very easy to clean. No need to soak for hours and scrub hard as you would with a plain stainless steel pan. Just put some water & soap in the pan and use a spatula to scrape off egg, etc., that has stuck to the surface. It doesn't take long to have it clean. I find it slightly heavy, but it no problem if you have average strength. It's much lighter than a cast iron fry pan, so only those people with very little strength will have issues. I think this pan will last for a long time.

Seems great so far!
Only used a few times so far, but I am really impressed and happy with it. I followed the seasoning instructions and have had nothing stick to it, I do cook with oil as why wouldn't you lol. I mostly cook fried rice in a wok, so eggs, garlic, chilli, etc. The food comes out clean, so washing up is no more than a wipe. I guess being non stick coated it's best not to make it crazy hot and with the raised pattern to stop you rubbing the coating directly I think it should last a long time. It looks really good too and cost much less than the other hexagon brand!!

Possibly inconsistent on induction
Doesn't work well on my induction stovetop. It will eventually get hot but seems to take 3x the time of my old wok. Not sure what the issue is.
