Good quality U-bolt at a price comparable to big box stores.
I have not had an opportunity to see if it will rust when it is left outdoors all summer. But I do not think it will rust. It looks identical to others which I have purchased at big box stores. But when I can buy a similar item at a similar price to big box stores and I do not need to wander through them looking for what I want, I will purchase online.

As described, seem good quality. The nuts provided are not locknuts, I had to replace them to use on a boat.
