Yoga Recycled Foam Urban Block

After handling many yoga foam blocks, I settled with Hugger Mugger because of the weight of their foam. Purchased Recycled Foam Urban Blocks due to the word "recycle". Why not buy something that is eco-friendly? When the two blocks came, I was amazed with the weight of these blocks. I have never felt any foam block that feel so solid for supporting me while in the "reclined hero's pose". Definitely a must buy if you are looking for yoga blocks that's also eco-friendly.

Love the quality and the fact that islta made of recycles material. The blocks are quite pricey but I can tell I'll have them for a long time.

I love these yoga blocks! Have had other blocks in the past that have not held up. These blocks are more expensive but are much denser in material and seem to be a lot sturdier!

good block, good price. friend suggested this block to me. Have used it for several months and this was a second I bought for my wife. not much else to say. it's a block and I can wipe it down easily. I suppose I would like a recessed flexible handle or something so when I am going from reverse triangle on the right to reverse triangle on the left. That might make it easier to move fluidly with me while keeping form. Moving the block also makes me get behind in the dvd often

I love this block because it is firm and it provides support when your putting a ton of weight on it. A sturdy block is absolutely necessary!

Nice and firm--perfect balance of comfort and support. I probably would get another color than black, as it shows the dust, but black was much cheaper and who really cares about dust.

I love you, 2001: A Space Odyssey brick. You are the perfect weight and height ratio. Nice, medium-heavy block. Fits in my Manduka "the local" bag with my mat.

This Hugger Mugger block feels the same as their normal cork blocks, but is made of recycled foam and weighs a bit less. I was leary at first of the lighter weight, feeling that stability might be an issue when used on one of the higher sides, but I haven't actually encountered any problems with that. It's a great basic block. There's nothing spectacular about it over another block, but I do like the fact that it is created from recycled materials. Block comes individually shrink wrapped.
