Quality Sleep and Relief from Back Pain
I was struggling with back pain and poor sleep for a long time. Now I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. The mattress offers the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, providing excellent support for my back and helping maintain proper spinal alignment. I now wake up feeling more refreshed and without back pain. If you're looking for a comfortable mattress with great ergonomic support, I highly recommend this mattress. A true 5-star experience! Be careful near the edge as it may feel unstable and you may fall off the bed.

Excellent Comfort & Premium Quality
Very comfortable mattress Kids are sleeping peacefully and the cooling feel is excellent The natural latex feels soft yet firm enough for good back support. Sleeping quality improved a lot especially in non-AC rooms because it stays cool and breathable Build quality and finishing are premium Worth the price and highly recommended for family use.

GENUINE REVIEW:: Don’t Buy this Poor Quality Mattress – Not Worth the Money
I purchased this Duroflex Livein Orthopedic Mattress because it came with a 10-year warranty. After around 3 years of normal use, the mattress developed significant sagging in the center and lost its original support. Since then, I have been experiencing severe lower and middle back pain while sleeping. I raised a warranty claim and submitted multiple photographs showing the sagging using a straight edge and measuring scale. However, my claim was rejected with the statement that the sagging was below the warranty limit. The exact measurement, inspection report, and assessment methodology were not shared with me. I am disappointed with my experience because the mattress no longer provides proper orthopedic support, and I did not receive the level of transparency I expected during the warranty assessment. I have attached photographs of the mattress condition and the measurements so that other buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
