Good Decoration
Lights up the room - not exactly brightens but emits a partly light

Very low quality
Its not same as in the picture shown. All is made of cheap materials Lights worked well in the beginning (for 30 mins approx) and then looked like a tiny light which is almost invisible.

The balloons were constantly flickering lights. It didn't have one constant light like shown in the photo. It is still a good addition to a party.

Not what you expect
These are nothing like the photo, they just have a little led light that keeps on flashing inside like a life vest, it doesnt make them light up like the picture, u barely notice the led light inside.
