Good vitamin, but uncoated, difficult to swallow
These are great for getting that B-12 needed. But they would be much better if they were coated. They are difficult to swallow because they are not coated.

These are caplets. I do not dissolve them. I take them by mouth. They are effective and are priced reasonably.

B-12 pill not a capsule
It’s a little bigger than what I normally use. It doesn’t smell the greatest but it is easy to swallow. Taste is kinda nasty but I just drink lots of water afterwards.

They Truly Work
These vitamins are really good because I had my B12 tested and it's high so I know they work. I will cut back to 500 mcg. My husband has been taking a diabetic medication for years and that lowers B12 and his level is fine.
