This is truly a work if art. Even if you don’t use it as a a light it is mesmerizing to look at as a decoration. When it’s lit up it is just amazing!! If you want to make a statement this is it! No one has seen it finished yet but I couldn’t stop looking at how beautiful it is!! I had someone put up the electric part but I assembled all the crystals and wires. The quality of the product is much better thsn I expected. As everyone said it is a bit of a challenge to put it together but it was like therapy and certainly worth all the time and effort. I actually started enjoying it at the end! I did order a remote control to go with the light and i love it !!!! The light and parts all came packed perfectly with no missing pieces or parts. I think it would also look beautiful in s entryway hallway!! It’s sonethingnto see!! So happy wit my purchase. They even had two bracelets for me as s gift!

Absolutely love this and sets the mood in our entry way. Easy setup, be prepared though for the individual 100 crystals to string up. It does come with cotton gloves and a cloth cleaner to clean the crystals. Good quality and solid heavy unit. Just beautiful. Does not come with bulbs just an FYI. We are now thinking of adding another to our dining area or something similar just the way it looks. Very elegant. It is exactly as advertised.

I read reviews from other purchasers before buying this fixture. Most reviewers are right on target. Installation is difficult, but the end result is well worth the purchase price. I have several installation suggestions. If you are unable to hold the base to the ceiling and mark the install holes at the same time, I suggest that you use some cardboard to make a template showing the mounting holes. Tape the template to the ceiling and mark the hole locations. I did not feel comfortable using nothing but plastic anchors, so I purchased two 1/8" toggle bolts and mounted them in two of the larger hole through the base. If one toggle bolt is inserted first, the fixture can hang from one bolt and it is much easier to align the bolts and anchors. I installed the base and then found the cover plate nut would not fit on the center mounting post. It seems that the manufacturer put a ground connection and two washers on the center bolt, and the bolt was not long enough to hold the center nut. I relocated the ground and removed one washer, and everything worked well. The manufacturer did a great job supplying the right amount of parts (and even some spare parts). The directions were good. Customer service is outstanding and they supplied a spare set of instruction upon request. The fixture is certainly a great conversation piece.

We have installed a couple of these, they are beautiful! They are a bit difficult to install because there are so many pieces. This one came with the lines attached & individually bagged which was nice. The previous ones we bought did not come this way. We bought this to match a larger one we have in our entry way-see photo. It did not come with bulbs, but there are so many choices it depends where you put it & how much light you need. We put 35w equivalent daylight GU10 bulbs and it is very bright.

I love this lighting! It's so beautiful. During the day it catches the light and casts rainbows on the walls. At night it's dazzling. We get so many compliments on it. It was fairly easy to install. The only con I would say is cleaning it as it gets dusty and has a lot of individual balls. But honestly it's probably dusty right now and you can't really tell.

Could be a 5-star if my issue is resolved.... First of all, I think it’s a gorgeous chandelier. Great design and it sparkles so beautifully! Installation was easy but took a while because it has so many pieces to hook on. I don’t understand why other reviewers made it sound like they were having a war trying to install this. It was time consuming, definitely, but not difficult at all. Maybe they didn’t have a ladder tall enough to get up to the ceiling, or the experience installing a lighting fixture? Also, the description clearly states that bulbs are not included. It’s funny how other reviewers got upset when they didn’t see the light bulbs in the box. Check to make sure all the hooks on the crystal balls and strings are securely latched - before and after installing the crystals. I found many of the pre-installed hooks were not properly latched and came off easily. Now, my issue, one of the strings is defected and I almost missed it until I did the final check. Otherwise, one of the crystals could have fallen off and either got smashed or given someone in my family a serious bruise on the head. I contacted the seller for a replacement. Hopefully, I’ll hear back from them soon and get the replacement part. I tried to request for a replacement part through Amazon. It gave me the option to report a broken or missing part but then took me to the return/refund process. I already installed it and don’t intend to return it. One of the 101 strings (yep, this light has 101 crystals and 101 strings) is defected and I just want to replace it. I guess I could order another one, take out one string and return the second purchase but why? That’d be my last resort. If I had a solder iron, I could have probably fixed it by now. Dear Seller, you can earn a 5-star rating from me if we get this resolved in a timely fashion. Update: Seller responded to my inquiry in the same day (+1). I’m upgrading my rating to 4 stars for their prompt response. They said in their email that it would take 20-25 days for the replacement parts from the manufacturer in China to get here.

Very satisfied with the product. Disclaimer: Installation requires patience and time. I had to install this on the concrete ceiling and hence it took me fair amount of time to drill the holes using proper tools. But once the base plate is installed, rest is easy/fun putting together. Use gloves to mount the chrome plate to avoid marks on it. Make sure to install bulbs before installing the crystals. I have wired this to a Kasa wifi dimmer switch ($20 apiece) and it works great. Overall pretty satisfied. This is coming with me if I ever move.

Upon first unpacking this chandelier, I was really disappointed with the finish on the lamp base, which had a nasty off-white colour and rough edges, quite unlike the polished metal I was expecting. Thankfully, this was just me being an idiot, as the instructions tell you to remove the protective film from the base, underneath which is a mirror-finish metal plate. Oops. A pair of cotton gloves are supplied, which is extremely helpful, as both the plate and the individually-boxed crystal balls are fingerprint magnets, and quite difficult to clean, especially once the chandelier is assembled. Better to wear the gloves and avoid marking them in the first place. The instructions are clear, and I can't emphasise enough how important it is to connect one ball to one wire and hang it on the base at a time, otherwise you will end up with hideous tangles that are very difficult and time-consuming to unravel. If you follow the instructions to the letter, assembly is easy, albeit quite a long and fiddly job - bank on about an hour and you'll be fine. The base needs to be attached to the ceiling with eight screws, which are supplied together with decent anchors. You may need a second person to hold the base in place in order to mark the drilling locations. I've installed five Philips Hue White Ambiance GU10 bulbs around the perimeter, and a single Hue Colour and White Ambiance GU10 in the centre, which is a very expensive option, but with a chandelier this beautiful, why not make the best of it? The colour GU10 sits a little proud of the base, as it's longer than a standard bulb, but it's not really noticeable when the lights are on, and the ability to have the crystals reflect coloured light is well worth it. The usual caveats with chandeliers of this type apply - don't knock into it, or you'll end up with hideous tangles, and dusting is a nightmare, but this chandelier makes a stunning centrepiece to any room and at under £80 it's a real bargain. Wholeheartedly recommended.
