Can 16 year boys use this shampoo

Even 116 year olds can use it!! It's just called baby shampoo because of it's gentle properties, but anyone can use it. (And my 12 year old son does... he has allergies to many shampoos and this one has been excellent for him.)

Would it clean 2 and 3 year old hair well?

Yes! Cleans my 3 year old boy's hair well, and he gets messy.

Is this formula completely oil free?

Yes, Himalaya Baby Shampoo is oil-free. It’s also gentle on baby’s skin and smells great, too!

It smells wonderful! It's a little sweet and lasts all day. It doesn't dry out babies sensitive skin but gets them nice and clean. This is by far my favorite baby shampoo. Plus, Himalaya has tons of other great products too.
