Pure Japanese Matcha Ryori 12oz Green Tea Powder - Culinary Grade Second Harvest

It was important to me that the matcha powder be processed in Japan, which it was. The flavor was pronounced whether I made a cold or hot latte. I would purchase again.

This tea is good in taste and blending. I felt I paid a good price for the amount in the package. I will definitely buy it again.

Decent flavor for the price, but really from Japan? All authentic Japanese matcha is usually far more expensive (just because of the Yen/US exchange rate alone). They attach an aftermarket sticker to the packaging indicating the product comes from Japan. Why isn't this printed on the package itself? I wonder what the USDA requires for avoiding false advertising, not that we can actually trust the USDA, either. I once asked this company to provide me with datasheets to validate product origin. They said they would but never did... The problem with "organic" is that organic does not account for heavy metals and other pollutants in the waters used to grow the teas. China has a reputation of exporting toxic food products, and most cheap matcha comes from China.

VERY happy with this purchase!! It tastes great; and I also use it in homemade skincare products!! I will definitely be purchasing this product again!!

great flavor. Can be a little grainy but i use a lot of matcha.

Mixes well and blends well in Vitamix.

Tried it. Didn't like it. Can't return it. So a waste of money.
