Hope for my bones
I ordered this Mega Vitamin K2 because I read the research of how high dose K2 affected Japanese women. I've been taking them regularly. I have no info at this point about DEXA or REMS results since I started them, but I am hoping these have a positive affect on my bones. They are very tiny, and easy to take.

I am still working out how to fix my vitamin K problem. It appears that the mk7 form of K2 is better than the mk4 form. But the available dose sizes for mk7 are not big enough. As the literature notes, mk4 only lasts for about 4-5 hours and then I have to take more. For now, I am continuing to use this product but if I find an mk7 product with a bigger dose size, I may switch.

Lower your cholesterol!
I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend to reduce my cholesterol. My doctor wanted to continue to raise the dosage of the statin but after a couple of months of taking this K2 supplement twice daily, my blood test showed an improvement in my bad cholesterol, and I won't need the higher dose of statin. I'll have the blood test again in 6 months to confirm the results.

I buy Life Extension products on their own website. I also buy them on Amazon, and I also buy them in retail. They’re that good. I deal with them on their website and discuss various health issues and ailments for advice. I read their articles, and in this case I’m taking their Mega Vitamin K2. I know I’m getting, perhaps, the industry’s only large-dose vitamin K2 supplement available in the American market. I also understand the valuable benefits I’m getting, especially as I age into my 70s. (Which makes me feel good because most people think I'm in my mid-50s.)
