Able to hear even the softest voice.However, my chief criticism: The ear buds way too large and repeatedly fell out of my ears.

Bought this for my mother whose hearing has gone so bad that her regular hearing aids won't provide much help. The product works well for remote TV watching and for communicating with others. Specifically, the sound is clear and the background noise is low compared with others that my mother had before. However, some non-essential accessories that come with the product don't see to match the product. E.g. the extension wire which is support to hold the MIC remotely doesn't have a matching connector for the MIC. I wonder why bother to include them. This is why I am giving a 3 start instead of 4 for this.

Bought this for my 87 year old mother in law. She is in a rest home and they keep loosing her hearing aids. So instead of buying $2000 replacements I got her this and it works great! She thinks the strap is to long that hangs around her neck and I agree. If the unit bangs against something while she has the ear buds in it makes a loud noise in her ear and that scares her. But all that aside it does work great for one on one conversations.

Love the product... wasn't shipped everything in the kit and as a hearing aid/cochlear implant user I needed the hearing neck loop for t-coil compatibility. I was shipped one from the warehouse within a couple of days. Cannot wait to start using it in noisy classrooms!

Amplifies well but cumbersome to handle when not attached to clothing. Good quality accessories.

I am sure this device would help someone with a profound hearing loss. I could not use it above 1 on the dial. I have friend with much more loss than me and I will have him try it.

I purchased these for my 88 year old mother who is battling a rare form of brain cancer which is affecting her hearing and speech. Immediately putting these on she could hear and understand our conversations. What was really amazing is that it enabled her to hear her own voice and quickly adjust her speech patterns and volume so that everyone could understand her. After a few minutes of wearing them she broke out in tears because it enabled her to communicate with us again. Pretty amazing. She now won't go anywhere without it. The only nit we have had is not being able to adjust the size of the headphones small enough to fit snug. I will be looking for some child size headphones.I'm very thankful to the folks who invented this product.

Great for small meetings and restaurants if hearing aids don't give sufficient amplification. The neck-loop works well with the unit.
