Get them or you can!
Great staples for a designated purpose. The T 59 series works well for Christmas lights and any other applications for sensitive cables. Only problem I have is arrow tends to make a planned obsolescence in their niche staple guns. the 5/16 staples work well for not puncturing too deep into asphalt shingles while installing Christmas lights and the plastic cable protector does a great job of not smashing lighter gauge wires.

These work great for cat6
This is the fastest way to route any cat sex cables anywhere. You got it the right gun. Be warned that you need a lot of leverage to use the gun. So if you're standing on ladder with no support and you're trying to push down, you could fall back. But the cake the staples of themselves are pretty durable. I will give the staples a 4 out of five. Some of them don't go through metal so just be aware of that. But most part if you're going straight to die wall and you want to start stapling stuff down and wires to hold on the wall. This thing works great. Check out my work.

I use these staples with a T59. I've been doing occasional network installations, cable runs, and associated support for the last 15 years. I'm not an electrician and I don't usually do this as part of my routine employment, so some of the fulltime installers probably have better perspectives than me. That said, the T59 and insulated staples are a huge improvement over the old non-insulated staples. Even with a cable stapler, I occasionally punctured cables. The staples held slightly tighter than the T59, but that's not a good thing--the wires inside were under way too much pressure. The clear staples are white. They look about the same as the old nail-in insulated variety, and they work. They blend fairly well with white and off-white walls. However, please keep in mind that your mother will not want these running across her living room walls. They're fine for exposed areas in more industrial environments, but for any installation that needs to look professional, you're still going to want to run through walls, raceways, or conduit. Because of the added insulator size, I can't get these staples as close to corners. In general, I run most everything in-wall and use these to secure cables in crawlspaces or hidden areas. For some reason, nobody has a listing of the recommended staple sizes by cable type. Some sellers said 1/4"x5/16" for Cat 5, others said 5/16", and some reviewers had mentioned just 1/4". Here are the recommendations from the package itself: 1/4" x 1/4" (6mmx6mm): CAT 5 -- For wire up to 3/16" 1/4" x 5/16" (6mmx8mm): RG-6 and RG-59 -- For wire up to 1/4" 5/16" x 5/16" (8mmx8mm): RG-6 and RG-59 -- For wire up to 5/16" If you're running heavily shielded CAT 6, check the measurements... you might need to go up to 1/4"x5/16".

How well it did the job
We bought a Starlink set up and because we needed to attach the antenna wire to the house we bought this stapler; it easily pushed the staples through the metal flashing. The force and depth of the staple going in was phenomenal. One of the nice features of this stapler is the small bridge like piece at the stapling end that keeps the staples from going into the cable. I recommend this to anyone needing a heavy-duty stapler.

Not tough enough for my composite (wood) siding & trim.
I suppose they work for some folks, but the staples seem to be made from some form of soft French cheese. I think if you are driving them into modern, spongy, fast growth, white pine boards you'll be fine. I could not make them consistently penetrate a wood/composite (fiberboard) trim piece on the house. They bend. Or get stuck. Trying to finish them with a hammer squashes them flat. I'm going to have to go with little adhesive plastic clips, which isn't my preference... but this wasn't doing it.

This product is great on paper, especially if you do alot of cabling or want to do a long distance of cable between rooms and want it to look neat. The biggest con with these staples is that they only work in ideal conditions. I bought this set to run a cat5e cable from the living room to the office and due to the older construction of the building the walls were made with chiprock and these staples turn to butter when used with the chiprock. The baseboards on the otherhand are made of wood, could be a stronger wood but the staples would not inject fully into the base board either, although, they did hold. I opted to go with older nail cable clips. If your looking to get these for cabling over chiprock or stronger wood, they wont fit the bill, alhtough, if your doing the cabling with 2x4 studs or behind the drywall they should work fairly well.

Works as intended. Very happy with it.

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch. Is what these fasteners aren't doing to cables. Keeps your cables in good condition.
