Great product, cheap and has good effectiveness. I can already feel some strength being able to do more reps at the end. Dissolves good and quick into water, taste isn’t that bad. Would recommend!

As far as I can tell ,it does all it claims. Only reason for the 4 stars is it's supposed to be flavorless but it does make my coffee taste a little less desirable.🤷

Still testing usage. but is easy to dissolve and use in coffee, or other drinks and yogurt

Brilliant form of creatine and my personal favourite - I'm not a fan of flavoured powders or mixing performance enhancers in water, I personally like to put creatine in my tea or coffee in the morning and this works perfectly for me. It's essentially flavourless (perhaps only ever so slightly bitter but not enough to alter the taste of a drink completely), dissolves very quickly especially in hot water, allowing me to get my intake at the same time as I have my morning beverage. Of course this also mixes perfectly with water or juice, it's not chalky or gritty, and one spoonful includes one serving which I love as other powders tend to be two scoops per serving, making whatever beverage you mix it in quite grainy - this however is soluble and great value for money in my opinion. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I wanted to see better results in the gym and decided to try this creatine based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! 3 weeks in and I feel really good in the gym, have more energy and can lift heavier. It has also improved my recovery time and noticeably improved my mood. The best part is that it has zero flavour and texture, mix it in my morning bottle of water and can't tell that it's in there! Zero bloat as well (I did drink lots of water as people recommended when taking creatine). So far, so good. Would recommend!
