I try to eat healthy in general, but it is hard for me to eat the recommended servings of green leafy vegetables. I can honestly say that I have had more energy, craved less junk food, and gotten sick less. I know that veggies help boost your immune system, and I haven't gotten sick even though I'm exposed to illness on a daily basis (I work as an ER nurse- we see a lot of influenza, gastroenteritis, viral respiratory infections, etc). I used to take acidophilis, but this product contains probiotics, so I save money by not having to buy those anymore. What really amazes me about Amazing Grass is that one can see the color difference between these capsules and grocery store brands. Amazing Grass is actually dark green, and if you open it up it smells very "grassy", while the grocery store brands are almost white in color due to the lack of phytochemicals and nutrients.
