I like this one because it carries a surplus of the vitamins that I am deficient in. One multivitamin does not fit all but this one fits me perfectly. They don't have a strong smell, they give me a boost because I am vitamins B6 and B12 deficient. It has boosted my metabolism noticably and have had less annoying pains of getting older. The price is pretty good. The fact that a daily recommended does is appreciated into 3 rather than one big pull y is definitely a plus
