Best skillet induction-ready
Large cooking area for multitasking. Induction-ready design ensures rapid, even heating. I cook my main course and sides all at once. Easy to clean, light weight.

Great pancake and egg pan!
So I ordered this pan in an effort to cook pancakes on Saturday morning. I had ordered another pan and the food, stuck, it had to be babied and was more expensive. I ordered this one based on reviews. Well I really like the pan. It heats well and pancakes do Not stick. After I am done cooking pancakes, I pour in eggs and scramble eggs in the pan and the Eggs DO NOT stick! Yes I said that correctly the eggs do not stick. I get tired of crusty egg stuck in a pan. This just comes off. Now I do hand wash the pan, which typically I do not do. But really you just spray water on it and any food particles rinses off. So I hand wash and dry with a paper towel or microfiber rag and viola looks like new again. Typically I cook on medium to medium high heat and there has been no warping and I use silicone covered utensils so there aren’t any scratches. But considering this was cheaper than another pan, and pancakes and eggs haven’t been sticking, I am happy with this pan!

Spend less time in front of the stove
I bought this to be able to make more pancakes and quesadillas at a time. I feel like the heat distribution is as good as it can be for a pan spread out over two different-sized burners with a gap in between. The image is some quesadillas I made, right after I flipped them. You can't tell from the picture, but they ARE browned all over, just darker in the middle. They were quite crisp and tasty. My first thought was that it would be nice if it was about an inch wider, but I realized it would hit the side of the stove then. This was with preheating for about 6 minutes on medium, in an electric stove, and cooking on medium. I actually didn't mean to preheat that long. I think they might have come out a nicer brown if I didn't let it preheat so long. My prep work took longer than expected. Anyway, I'm pleased with the pan and recommend it. It's nice to cut your stove time in half since you can double the size of your batches. It's also easy to clean. The handles get a little warm, but you can still use them bare handed.

Mostly happy, but some shortcomings
Doing Sunday brunch (pancakes, bacon and two types of eggs) used to take me forever to complete. I guess I could have busted out more than one pan, but I used to cook it all in one skillet. I thought this double-burner griddle could be what I was looking for, and to a large extent, it was. I'm not sure that any other double-burner skillet would do better; the shortcomings are somewhat the nature of the tool. First of all, with the 12" skillet I used before, I would cook three pancakes (approximately 4" diameter) at a time. With this skillet, I can cook up to eight at once, but more comfortably six. The heat distribution is definitely imperfect. The skillet is noticeably hotter on the sides that are over the burners versus the middle which is between burners. So if I cook pancakes across the griddle, the pancakes in the middle definitely don't finish at the same time as the ones on the side, and that's annoying. I found a better method is to cook the same thing on the sides, and something different in the middle. Since bacon takes the longest, I cook the bacon in the middle and pancakes on the side. That way, I can still cook everything in less time, but the pancakes all get flipped at the same time. So I've worked around the imperfect heat distribution issue. How level is the griddle? Not bad, but not perfect. If I crack eggs into the griddle, they stay relatively circular. Definitely within my level of tolerance. (In the skillet I used to use, the eggs would pool at the sides.) However, if I beat up eggs for scrambled eggs and pour that into the griddle, *that* will tend to pool on the edges. I think it's a lot to ask for a griddle to be perfectly flat. (And even if it were, is your stovetop perfectly level?) So as far as that goes, I think this griddle is pretty flat and those who complain are either asking for too much, or else they possibly got a defectively product. As far as cleaning, the non-stick surface has held up well so far (one month) and the surface is easy to clean. The only reason the griddle is difficult to clean is because it's big. It's supposedly dishwashable, but it won't fit in our dishwasher in any configuration. So I hand-wash it which hasn't been too bad. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the product.

Pretty good
Good quality and works on induction. The heat isn’t super even with the gap between burners, but it does alright.

Finally a griddle worth owning!
Excellent Quality, as I have come to expect from Cuisinart. I read dozens of reviews, evaluated the griddles available in stores in my area, and decided to give this one a try. It's for use on a new gas stove with heavy metal grates. I've been very pleased with its weight, sturdiness, non-heating handles, flat bottom, and truly non stick surface. The flames on the gas stove are more intense than the old stove, so there was a learning curve in turning the dial down, and down and down to no more than Med/Low for most foods, especially pancakes. This griddle description promises even heating over the entire surface. That has been my exact experience. I'd recommend this product without reservation. The price is reasonable for the quality.

👍
I like this frying pan; it’s great for various uses. However, the handle gets hot, so it would have been nice if a handle pad had been included.

At least, a workable double burner griddle for induction!!
With the increase in induction cooktops, and a common feature of those cooktops being a bridge between a front and back burner, you'd think that it would be a little easier to find a double burner griddle that was induction friendly. But alas, there are painfully few on the market. Most that would otherwise be induction capable based on their material are really made for gas and don't lay flat on the surface - one side with ridges and one side flat but with a raised lip, make it not viable. The ones that in theory could work (with just one cooking side and the other side flat like the lodge CRSGR18), mostly haven't worked well -- with very uneven heat distribution and warping. This cuisinart one was a pleasant surprise. It nicely spans 2 burners. It distributes heat pretty evenly (not perfectly - pancakes for instance cook more quickly in some spots than others). And it cleans well with its non-stick surface. I use it primarily for breakfast foods - pancakes, french toast, etc, on an induction cooktop and it works very well. I would prefer a little less of a lip so it would be easier to get a spatula under foods near the edges, but other than that ( and the slightly uneven temp distribution), this is a winner, and by far the best of its kind that I've found.

Great for induction cooktop
This is an excellent griddle for an induction range. Heats evenly, no warping, light to handle, non stick surface works like a dream. Cleans up in a flash. Been using it now for several months with no issues and I expect many years of use from it. I had originally bought a different one which I thought was induction suitable but it turned out not to be. This one is a better quality and I couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend.

Worth every pence for induction hobs!
I bought 2 of these and they are perfect for use on my induction hob. It's SO much faster for things like pancakes, tortillas / quesadillas, and toasting burger rolls. It easily cuts at least 20 minutes cook time and everything is ready at the same time instead of the first ones sitting getting soggy in an oven while the others cook. Arrival from the States was quick. Very highly recommended.
