What is the height of the rollers?

About an inch, I returned this because the lift bar didn’t support the piece of furniture as described and the rollers were quite small

can this be used for a stacked front load washer/dryer?

Yep. But it’s a lot more work than you anticipate. Buy something that can lift the appliance for the wheels.

Will an 85 year old women be able to lift legs on adjustable bed with this tool?

An 85 year old woman shouldn’t be lifting anything.
