Been taking this collagen for 2 weeks now. Dissolves easily into my protein smoothie, tasteless & does not change the consistency. It’s a simple way to increase my protein intake. In this short space of time I have seen an improvement in the mild Lipedema on my legs, along with dry brushing.

I’ve been using Sports Research Grass-Fed Collagen for a long time, and it’s excellent quality. Unflavored, mixes easily, dissolves well, and is grass-fed, Non-GMO, Paleo Friendly, and Gluten-Free. I’ve noticed better joint comfort, skin, and overall wellness. Unfortunately, the delivery company damaged my package, which was disappointing. Still, I highly recommend this collagen for its quality and effectiveness.

It dissolves very well and tastes good as well! I often mix it with my morning coffee . Been using it for more than a week and already see the difference 💗

Dissolve completely in warm water. It is good with coffee but slightly changes the taste hence I prefer to have it with warm water. As to the results, I believe it is still early to tell..

This definitely adds a strange a synthetic flavour to coffee.
