Is this d3 made from lanolin (from sheep), or is it the vegan d3 made from lichen?

Can anyone tell me if there is gluten or wheat?

While this item is not labeled as "Gluten Free" (GF) by the manufacturer, I looked up each ingredient and not any of the ingredients contain gluten. I have celiac and have been on a gluten free diet for around 12 years and this food supplement does not bother me or set off my symptoms. In fact, according to my latest blood test, my vitamin D is now within normal ranges and I no longer suffer from vitamin D deficiency after taking the supplement. I hope it works for you as well.

Why is k combined with D here? What are the benefits?

Apparently the body needs vit K in order to full absorb the vit d. If you are low in vit D, this can effect your body is so many way, super tired, memory not so great, hair, if I am out in the sun (without sunscreen) at least 10 mins a day then i dont supplement..

There is no salt in this product. Iodine is not salt. Rather it is a mineral added to some salt. Iodine is a very necessary mineral to prevent goiter.
