I can't decide between this or Tuscan leather which is better?

I have never tried the Tuscan Leather, but have the Tobacco Vanille. It gets many compliments, doesn't take a great quantity for an all-day lasting scent.

Is a manly smell or a girdly smell?

It's neither "Manly" nor "Gir(d)ly" but a very nice (one of my favorite) unisex scent. Leans more towards a "Man's" fragrance

is Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille Eau de Parfum by Tom Ford too masculine a scent for a females?

No. When I initially smelled this, I thought it smelled great, but I did not think I could pull it off. I got a sample, and I was pleasantly surprised at how it fits me. I wear this all the time, and I constantly turn heads. Men and women both tell me that I smell amazing. It's very spicy and earthy, so I would not recommend this if you like airy and light floral scents.
