Plant Therapy Germ Fighter Essential Oil Blend, Natural Aromatherapy 30 mL

I've purchased this product twice now and I really enjoy the benefits from it. I do believe it is definitely a germ fighter! Other brands might have it going by the name of Thieves or something similar. I have not tried other brands because most are out of my price range. Plant Therapy offers a good price for what appears to be a very effective and strong germ fighter. I've had some serious sinus problems lasting months in spite of many alternative products being used and traditional medical treatment. I bought this Germ Fighter long into the sinus infection battle, mixed it with a carrier oil and used it on my sinuses, behind my ears and at the back of my head and neck and received good benefit. I like the smell of it. It is a blend of 5 essential oils. Although the company would not necessarily recommend this, I have also placed a drop of it on my finger and rubbed it onto the roof of my mouth and also along the upper gum line on the one side where my sinus problem was worse. It helped heal it and the taste wasn't bad either! Although, that said, I wouldn't recommend consuming a bunch of it, but in my case, this problem had gone on for a long time and was not healing so I felt it was time to take further measures and when I did, it began to heal much faster than it had been. This is a product I would like to have on hand at all times because it has so many uses.

This puts thieves to shame. So many people are using thieves and paying through the nose for it, no pun intended. Our grandson's school had an Essential Oils 101 class for parents, and I didn't go. It's because I already know that Plant Therapy makes the best and much more affordable oils on the market. I think their oils are better than any other essential oil around. Germ Fighter impressed us on the first use. Our grandson had a really high fever over the weekend. He woke up sick with a fever of 102 last Saturday morning. We instantly massaged Germ Fighter in almond oil as a carrier and massaged this oil onto the bottoms of his feet and on his back and neck. I also diffused this synergy blend in his diffuser. By Sunday afternoon he was outside playing. All I can say is WOW. Very highly impressed!!! The smell is sort of Christmasy, and our grandson loves it. He calls it his "feel better fast" oil. Works like a charm. He slept soundly, and was fever free to go to school. We didn't even need to take him to the doctor!!! I've told his teacher and both the ladies in the office about Plant Therapy. They were excited to have an alternative to the outrageously expensive pyramid line. It's called thieves because of the oils used to fight off the plague. Eucalyptus, Cinnamon, Clove, Lemon, and Rosemary. I've even made my own using those five ingredients. I love the 30 mL size of Germ Fighter!! Try it, let yourself be blown away by how powerful and wonderful this blend truly is!! We are Plant Therapy believers for life!!

I uae this blend on my feet diluted at 3% with fractionated coconut oil. thats .3ml germ fighter and 9.7ml frx coconut. My 10ml ran out so I bought this 30ml one. Plant Therapy is a quality outfit that puts out quality essential oils and blends.

I just received the Germ Fighter the other day and right away I used it in our diffuser at home. I bought it based on all of the great reviews I saw on here. I have not tried any other 'Thieves Oil' to compare it too (they cost way too much to even try), so I cannot help with that. I do know that my son, who has horrible allergies, actually LOVED the smell of it - and normally he hates any types of fragrances - so I knew this was a keeper for us because of that alone. I absolutely love the smell as well - it's more of a cinnamon smell , which I really like (it reminds me of the original flavor of Dentyne Gum-my favorite). I am going to keep using this at night in our diffuser to see how it works in the long run since my son - who is 6 yrs old - seems to pick up all of the germs and sickness that he comes across at school. When or if he gets sick again with allergies (allergy season is coming) or something from school, I will try it with a carrier oil on his feet and I will update my review based on that as well. The past few nights of diffusing it, it seems that my son and I both are sleeping much deeper and I feel much better when I wake up and I LOVE that!!! I used it on myself last night for an infection that was starting around my wisdom tooth area, it was swollen all the way down my glands on the side of my throat. I diluted it with coconut oil and swished it around that area, then rinsed. I then put some on a q-tip and swabbed over that area inside my mouth and left it there. I used a cotton ball covered in the dilution and rubbed it all over the outside of my jaw and swollen neck. When I woke up this morning, the pain and swelling is almost gone, which is great!! I will repeat the process today and again tonight as well, which I think will clear it up completely. Overall, I am very pleased with my first bottle of Essential Oils from Plant Therapy and I will be ordering more products soon.**UPDATE 3/11/15: I have since learned by contacting Plant Therapy that you should NOT USE this product on children UNDER 10 YRS OLD (by diffusing or diluted with a carrier oil). This upset me a bit because I had no idea until I contacted the company and I actually bought it to help my 6 yr old son more than anything. There is no information or warnings about that on the product or on the websites, which I believe there should be one if this is the case.**

I ordered this because of not wanting to spend a lot on more Young Living Theives oil. I took into consideration the other customer reviews and that it is a high quality product. Now I don't personally think it smells just like thieves at all, but it is close. This one has more cinnamon and eucalyptus smells rather than the balanced smell of Theives. Overall, I am glad I got it. I believe it will do it's job to fight germs, clean the air, and it does smell nice. I say if you aren't wanting to spend on Thieves than it is worth a try. I am glad I bought this product. Oh and btw you get so much oil for the price!

Plant therapy’s germ fighter blend essential oil smells so amazing in your diffuser. It will help fight germs in the air. I like to diffuse this in my diffuser. It does make your whole room smell like lemon, eucalyptus, and the other blends it is made of is listed on the bottle as I have taken a picture for this review. I love that it can help with boosting immunity against seasonal threats like allergies or viruses etc. I first ordered the 10ML at first because I am a new customer of plant therapy and let me tell you that this essential oils are very good quality high quality for a much affordable price. I had to get the 30 ML and the 30 ML just came today. Awesome stuff! Will get more plant therapy oils in the future.. I also seen some of plant therapy’s oils being sold at Walmart.com. I well definitely shop for more oils from both amazon and Walmart.com in the future! I hope my review helps bring future customers. Love plant therapy so far, I started with the peppermint oil and ended up with this oil and a Christmas oil blend.

As a biochemist, I was skeptical about the essential oils having any positive or negative affect on people. Have a few friends who swear by them though. Then I read an article about how Lavender essential oil can be used to calm you. They were used by people who had SVT (rapid heart rates) and the people said their heart rates slowed. My husband has issues with SVT. So, we thought we would try a Lavender essential oil. He bought Better Homes and Gardens brand. I told him that many essential oils have carrier oils that are not necessarily good and that they can also be diluted. So began researching more about essential oils. Plant Therapy was one of the brands that was recommended highly. I decided to purchase Plant Therapy essential oils after reading the reviews. I had heard that the Young Living "Thieves" mixture was a good one for several reasons. I made my own mixture after reading about what oils went into the Thieves fragrance. That is a lot of work and I didn't know what proportions to use. I didn't like the way you have to join Young Living to get their oils and found them too expensive. Then I decided to see what amazon had in a Plant Therapy version. So I tried this essential oil Plant Therapy "Germ Fighter" that I am reviewing here. The large size was only $15. I will be able to use it for several months, using it once daily in a 300 mL diffuser 30 seconds on/30 seconds off and about 5 drops per 300 mL. The fragrance is quite pleasing. The cinnamon is the strongest fragrance in the Germ Fighter mixture. I am incredibly sensitive to many fragrances in a negative way. This one causes no issues with my sensitivities. I cannot say whether these work or not. It would be a rather difficult process to test it. I can say that the Lavender fragrance has been used by my husband and he is pleased with the results. Whether it was the placebo affect or it is stimulating some response is anybodies guess. I will continue to use the Germ Fighter and will definitely buy more. Have been using it for over a month now.

This is a wonderful product. I use it in my diffuser at home. It has a great smell. I just love it.

Used this for myself and hubby as directed (diluted, on the throat area) when we felt a cold coming on and it worked. love this product!!
