This item was shipped to me from a 3rd party. The delivery was fine; timely, well packaged, and to my doorstep just like other Amazon purchases. I received exactly what I expected which is always great. The brush heads themselves are a good way to go if you prefer a very large-headed toothbrush. I have used the large radius toothbrushes several years and prefer them to regular small toothbrushes. I have tried other brands hoping they could compete but I always find myself going back to Radius - specifically the large-head brushes.

Big fan of these toothbrushes. I find pleasure in brushing, and even more so with these. I have an expensive Sonicare too and the head is too small. No pleasure in the bristles, but the Radius...they are great! These toothbrushes make me wanna toss my Sonicare. No joke!

I order these big brush replacement heads for my dad he absolutely luvs em. He says they are by far the best size & price esp since they come with 2 replacement heads.

Only recommending the largest size heads. Stared at this oversized tooth brush system for a year before trying. I’ve never gone back afterwards. Also I ditched all my paste and mouthwash containing fluoride! I’m not sorry I did!
