RecommendedIt's well worth the money.Strong vaccum. Dispenses a little water and soap then mops them. My white floors are sparkly clean. Vaccums up a water spill quickly.Some of its negatives: it is heavy and loud. A little bit slow, but it's not too bad. Takes around 10 to 15 minutes to clean a small kitchen. Does not remove stubborn stains stuck on the floor. For example, I had a tiny piece of tomato stuck on the floor. It could not remove it.All in all, a very helpful product. Recommended

It cleans great but while using makes a very louder noise than normal in between and if use longer it starts leaking at the bottom. Not sure if the one i bought is defective. It is also heavy and cannot vaccum small areas in between furnitures etc. Need to make sure to not leave anything on the floor like cables as it can suck up anything in way. Good for very large areas.

I wasn’t expecting this product to be so good. I was able to vacuum and mop my house in a few minutes and the floor was really clean. Usually with normal mops we still get some residues this cleans almost everything. The things I didn’t really like is the noise, it is really loud, and the dirty tank gets full quick. Asides those small things, perfect appliance.

Amazing product really clean deep and smooth no need for mopping, water bucket nothing just fill it with water and it’s will do the jobPerfect sucking , vacuuming and easy to clean the parts more done less effort.

Amazing . Cant be more happy it made my house cleaner and shiny . But the replcble items are bit expensive ..

As not as it claims to be practical,first off way way way too noisy can’t stand the sound ,second you must move very slow and in rows not like a regular vacuum,it’s heavy and we ended up using the regular vacuum instead

We have checked YouTube videos, online guides, product manuals - using only the original cleaning products and solution, this machine was found to leave streaks and dry-remnants after you clean on almost any floor. Very inefficient cleaning and absolutely nothing like the videos and official guides you see. Plus, it's extremely loud (louder than a 2500W vacuum).We have barely used the machine (literally, 8 or 9 times) since we bought it 8 months ago.Avoid as well thick bushy carpets and rugs that have long threads. Those will get caught up in the machine and you will spend days untangling it.It works very well however on thin-pile carpets / rugs - but majority of our 3-bed apartment is marble-style floor tiles and it's been very disappointing that a machine that is apparently coveted by so many ended up becoming a total waste of money.
