I got this because my friend has something like it that's S shape metal with wooden balls at the end and it's so much better than a plastic theracane. I couldn't find that one anywhere, but I found this, and this is also so much better than a theracane, though I would like if it were S shape like his so it could have a round ball option as well instead of the pointed wood end that it has
