Good product, just note that you can’t wash it in dish washer it turns dark and get some strange layering on top .

The original bialetti ! I love it ! One of the best moka pot ! But one thing it had small hit on the hand of the pot not major but it couldnt have been treated better !

This is by far the best Moka pot one can get. It looks great, it’s easy to clean/maintain and it makes a delicious strong cup of coffee.The 3 cup specifically is the easiest to start with when trying to perfect your brew. Read the instructions before using it to make sure you it looks as new after a few uses

I chose the tiny model ( 2 cups) and thoroughly followed the process to « prepare « my Italian coffee maker. I’ve bought Italy decaf moka coffee and I got the best cup of coffee ever !!! Worth each dirham indeed !

Don’t buy it!!!! black dots and rust started to appear inside after the second use, it became useless now and I’m so disappointed, although I always use Bialetti products and I have never faced such issue before, so it seems this product is not genuine despite the high price…

What can I say - Bialetti is Bialetti. An absolutely top-tier product that has served me well for a long time.

I’ve been using the Bialetti 3-Cup Moka Express and have been really pleased with it. I mainly drink milk-based coffees rather than black coffee, and I’ve found the moka pot makes an excellent base for homemade lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites. After some experimentation, my preferred ratios are around 60ml of coffee with 120ml of steamed milk for a milder drink, or 90ml of coffee with 120ml of milk when I want something stronger and more coffee-forward. One tip that made a noticeable difference for me was starting with hot water in the lower chamber. This seems to produce a smoother cup and helps reduce bitterness. I’ve also tried both pre-ground coffee and freshly ground beans. While both work well, freshly ground coffee definitely produces a richer flavour and aroma. For coffee dosing, I’ve found that around 15g of coffee works best for me in the 3-cup basket. I can fit up to 17g depending on the coffee, but at that point I find the basket becomes a little too compacted for my liking. Keeping it closer to 15g seems to give me the most consistent results and an even extraction. In terms of capacity, I’d say the 3-cup model is ideal for one person. It comfortably makes one larger milk-based drink or perhaps one and a half smaller drinks. For two people who both enjoy a full-sized coffee, it can feel a little small, so you may want to consider the 4-cup or 6-cup version instead. I think the strength of the moka pot is its simplicity. It produces a concentrated, flavourful coffee that works well on its own or as a base for milk drinks, without the cost or maintenance of an espresso machine. For anyone looking to make quality coffee at home with minimal fuss, the Bialetti 3-Cup is easy to recommend. One thing worth mentioning is that I use a gas hob and ended up buying a heat diffuser/hot plate. The moka pot would otherwise sit right on the edge of the cast-iron pan supports, which didn’t feel particularly stable. The hot plate allows me to position the pot more centrally and gives me better control over the heat during brewing. It’s not essential, but it has made the process easier and more consistent for me.

ニコール・キッドマンがスカーペッタでエスプレッソを淹れてるシーンがステキで購入。6分あれば淹れられ、コーヒーの香りで朝からいい時間を過ごせます。とても手軽にアメリカーノやカプチーノ、カフェラテも作れます。お手入れも、水洗いで簡単なのもよいです。粉はドリップ用の中細挽きですが、美味しく淹れられていると思います。私はこの中細挽きを水出しコーヒーにしています。次はビアレッティのエスプレッソ用の粉も欲しいな。
