I am using this product from only 10 days. I like the fact that this products is made here rather than in China as almost everything because I really don’t trust what the Chinese people put in food or supplements. Until now I cannot complain about side effects. Too early to notice changes in my health but I can say that I didn’t have any side effects. Will update my review in few weeks. Happy with my purchase Update: I have been taking the Ginkgo Biloba for more than two weeks now, one pill each day with main meal and I have noticed a certain improvement on my strength and also a boost in my memory and cognitive speed. I am taking the Ginkgo Biloba because I have an history of Alzheimer in my family and, according to several studies it looks like that the ginkgo even if does not prevent Alzheimer it helps to prevent the progression of symptoms. I have also notice an improvement on my leg pain caused by circulation problems.

Its early days as I am still working my way through the first bottle and yet I am very pleased to see this is beginning to help me keep sharp. for the last two years my wife and I have really focussed on improving our diet in terms of quality and type of food, and how and when we eat. Still as I age, I have found it harder to keep my mind sharp and ready to respond to the needs of the moment. I have always felt it is critical to feed you mind and I have always made it a daily goal to continue learning and a regular goal to interact with other socially, rather than just tune out the world in front of the TV. Now I feel it is time to look at any herbal option that will keep me focussed, so here I am after much research, trying this product. Realistically, I think I need to give it a bit more time, and of course any comment I can give is empirical and entirely about how I feel the product is helping. Started using it and and seemed to be good but all of a sudden I started itching so I stopped taking it not sure if this is the problem . Waiting to see how I do for a few days without it.
