Solo Apricot Cake and Pastry Filling, 12 Ounce (Pack of 2)

Year after year, decade after decade, I can ALWAYS count on Solo Pastry Filling. My supermarket does not carry this and prefer the pastry filling over any pie filling or jam. After baking, this product stays soft and juicy and does not solidify like sugar filled jams. My Hamantaschen cookies come out perfect when they're filled with Solo. My only complaint is if I want to buy the prune or poppyseed filling, it only comes in a 12 can option.

Works excellent in baking my pastries

Good quality. I am 75 yrs old and my mother made pastries with Solo fillings when I was a child.

I use the Solo Apricot Filling for many baking recipes, but had to buy it from Amazon because I could not find it in the grocery stores near me. Solo Apricot Filling makes my recipes taste extra delicious.

Used to be able to get these in the local grocery store but haven't been able to do so for more than two years. The price has increased substantially but given they are staples of my family's Christmas pastry baking, you pay what you need to pay. The shipping came just as expected and just in time for holiday baking while others we ordered from a different distributor didn't come until after Christmas.

Terrible no chunks of fruit, little fruit flavor. All gelatin. Took 2 cans to sort of fill a small pie.
