**Q: is the item easy to use?**
A: Very easy. You just clip it to the "ears" of your bag or sleeve and adjust it up to where you feel it comfortable.

**Q: Can this be attached to any pouch or does it need a pouch with a  built in adapter?**
A: I think you could attach it to the coloplast pouches but it might not stay put very well.  Each brand has different shaped holes.

**Q: What is the width?**
A: It's about 1 inch.  I haven't found any wider so I make my own now and use the ends to attach.  Hope that helps.

**Q: Is this belt latex free?**
A: It's just elastic and plastic so I don't think there would be any latex.  Maybe call Hollister for a sure answer.  They have a toll free # on the internet.
