Wear the x-small in this smock. It does run large. Fits nice in the shoulder. Has lots of room in the body (wish is was a little smaller/fitted) and long enough to cover rear. Needed a plain black smock for work but wanted one without a high neckline... difficult to find. So glad I found this one! The material is silky, strong, water resistant and hair resistant.
