I cannot get this item to work although I follow the instructions. It just stops spinning. Bitterly disappointed.

Works well, excellent for strengthening grip, wrists and forearms.

Working great.
Love it. Broke arm just below wrist. 10 weeks in splint. Cast and brace. Lost strength and mobility. This is helping.

GREAT Exercise Tool
I bought this as another tool in my "I'm almost 80, and need to address my arms" strength. I found this to be a great exercise device, so much so that I bought a second one for a friend's sons, who are young and now into baseball. They LOVE it and share it between them.

Amazing gadget
So I came across this spinner while researching about carpal tunnel cures and exercises. This popped up in one of my searches and looked it up on Youtube. I was skeptical at first and I know I've only had it for a week, but I can tell right away that it somewhat energized my forearms and wrist. Best to watch the instructional videos in the internet so you can learn the different techniques. I have to say that this is worth the money. I've actually recommended this to some of my co workers who have carpal tunnel.
