Good little seat post
Pretty well built and should provide a solid seat base. The swivel works well. About the swive... It does auto lock when you get in the forward position. When you lift up on handle, it will unlock and you free swivel around until you get to the front spot again. It is short but that is what I needed. Would buy again.

We replaced tge bayliners back to back boxseats and needed a pedestal for the new ones. These were perfect and easy to install.

Base is rough never smoothed after machined.
Construction is good Does the job. Easy to install and operate Base is very rough texture Almost sharp to the touch No effort to smooth out after it was machined. I would’ve paid extra for a smooth base.
