ONE DAY!!! ONE DOSE!! I was very skeptical about this but purchased it. Took one dose on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Definitely taste better after being refrigerated. Did not dilute it! A little syrupy, I chugged it down. Flavor is tolerable. By late afternoon early evening NO pains in my hands and more mobility. Totally Amazed!! It's worth the money, about a $1 an ounce for a 16 oz bottle which will last 16 days. Well worth the money! The bottle comes with a dose cap, take two tablespoons, like a shot. If I feel this good after just 24 hours, I wonder how good I'll feel in a week. I noticed remarkable effect in my arthritic hands. More Mobility and no pain. Stiffness is gone. Can't say enough good things. Will give update after first bottle when order second bottle. P.s. I'm a very active 69yr old, alot of sports throughout my life. Very pleased with quality.

I have been using this products for many years. I ordered 5 bottles from Amazon. This time I was disappointed. Even though the expiry date is October 2026, but it tastes very bitter and sweet and the colour is very dark. This time made me wonder if I should trust Amazon in the future.

The liquid glucosamine, along with Chondroitin and MSM is good for joints; however, the Chondroitin is not made from vegetarian source(s). The main Amazon site says the Chondroitin in it is from beef and pork. The seller should not say it is a vegetarian product.
