I'm an infrequent user of table cream and I rarely buy fresh cream because most of it ends up spoiling before getting used. But every so often I want to cook something in a cream sauce or, at least, a sauce that requires cream in the base and it's so easy to pull one of these cans out of the cupboard. For cooking (and I suspect as a coffee creamer), they do remarkably well.

It's a bit ridiculous how much I love this stuff. Sort of a cross between heavy cream and sour cream. I wouldn't use it as a coffee creamer but I would put it on fruit, use it for recipes, or just eat it with a spoon. I can't always get fresh dairy products so having cream in a can is fun. Now if I could just get it to whip.

So happy to find this on Amazon! Our local grocery quit carrying it. Perfect for a creamy soup base. Just delish!

The milk is completely spoiled even though the expiration date seems ok, when I opened one of the can, the milk looked brown, and with little bobbles, then open another and another and all of them were the same. Look at those pictures. And they smelled. Never again will I buy from this specific seller again.
