Its been a month since we are using it.. my fatigue problem is solved to some extent, satisfied.

Got it item. But i didnt notice its 60 tablets I saw in iherb 90 tablets fpr 73dhs. I thoughg it was the same so i bought in amazon. This is the best multivitamins much better than centrum. Gives you energy and keeps you healthy.

Not as effective as it should be.

The received item doesnt match the photos. In the photos there is no GELATIN under "other ingredients". However, the received item has gelatin. No information about the source which means its most likely pork gelatin.

Vitamines efficaces. Elles ont eu un effet sur ma forme en générale et sur les cheveux qui sont devenus moins cassants. Cependant les comprimés sont fortement dosés, j'ai senti une fatigue des reins à partir de la quatrième semaine de consommation, il faut donc boire beaucoup d'eau.

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat.
