THE BOOK I WROTE THAT SAVED MY LIFE

This is a collection of beautiful poetry written from the authors’ experiences in life. The poetry varies from addressing matters of the heart, such as love and trust. Some poems also focus on self worth and knowing your value. Some of the poems are very short and brief, I don’t particularly like those, but that’s a personal preference. Some people like interpreting poetry, so the short poems may be a great opportunity for you to analyze the readings and correlate it to your personal life experiences.If you’ve been through heartbreak, loss of a loved one, if you’ve been used, or a victim of unrequited love, or simply just curious about what love is like from a different perspective— this book will resonate with you.Overall, it’s a great read, and some of these poems have taught me a few lessons about love and life as well. It’s refreshing. You know what they say, “Learning from your own experiences makes you smart, but learning from others experiences makes you wise.”I don’t know if this is quote on quote an actual saying but it seemed like a nice way to end the review. Anyway, buy this book.

I'm a huge RM Drake fan, but this is the best I've read so far. If you've been through loss, felt even glimpses of love, experienced heartbreak, and want to make sense of all the chaos. This book is for you. It's a game changer.

one of my all time favorite books for all of lifes tough moments. I will recommend over and over.

It’s a give in that the author is one is the best poets out there today. For a man, he hands down, really understands women. Like a woman whisperer lol 😂 not only that, but he is relatable and his work has a justified sense of purpose behind it. If you lost your fire, reading this would relight the flame. He gives you motivation to get up over and over again. Well done drake.

Was skeptical of buying bc the first review mentioned loose pages but honestly it may have been a “bad apple” of the bunch. The book arrived as all my others have. Perfect. I haven’t had a chance to read it as I just literally opened the package and flipped through but I’m so excited for this book. Don’t let the first review steer you away from purchasing!

Great when I was going through something and needed therapy. Lol. Did pick up on some typos here and there. Can't knock someone for putting together a book about their experience and how it "saved their life"...Inspires me to publish my own book with all that I've written, seems simple enough.

Soothes the soul. The book basically helped me reflect on my past relationship and how at times, there were moments I knew we weren’t compatible and refused to acknowledge it. This book helped me gain perspective and peel the emotional bandaids I still had and the ones I pretended that didn’t exist. Thank you R.M. Drake.

I totally like how you can pick up this book and flip to whatever, read as much as you like...or as little as you need at any moment in time! It's excellent, so thought provoking and helpful for a pensive mind. A "must have" read!
