Hook was not provided by seller just for hook we have to drive around 2 hours also the quality of bracket is bad hook cane off after using one day punching BAG quality is good

When I punch or kick it deforms and you can see where I normally punch or kick it it isn't the bad but now when I punch it its not even and I sometimes twist my wrist on it
