I got this supplement because of the positive reviews on amazon and because I’m already a fan of the other supplements Toniiq has. When I got my order, I was surprised at how teeny tiny the capsules were. You get 120 capsules in a bottle and since you only need to take one a day this’ll last you three months. On the first day I took it I felt the fog lift and experienced more focus and energy throughout the day. On the second day my energy dipped around 3 or 4pm. Same thing on the third and fourth day. I read an article that recommended taking PQQ every other day for better energy throughout the day. So I started skipping a day and noticed on the days I took PQQ I was no longer having that late afternoon slump like I did when I took it every day. I take Toniiq’s Phosphatidyl Serine on my days “off” from PQQ because while they both help with energy and focus they do it in different ways for me. Can’t explain it yet. That’s why I’m experimenting to see which one works best for my needs or if the combo is the way to go long term. So far so good though.
