I ordered it for myself and it's really helping me with my bones and joints sound which I used to get it before. The minerals like rosehip it contains is giving a oily n new life to joints and now the joint sound is very less although in starting I'm taking 2 tablet per day you can take according to your need.

The tablets had appearnce of black spots all over every single tablet, tablet became easily breakable making it feel hard to swallow. It did not improve my health at all. Worst thing to buy, I guess I will never buy meds from here.

Product according to ingredients and Nutrition information is good. result is good i'm using it to myself , i got a crack and karr karr sound from knee but after some day's it's gone it's work fine .
