What is difference between Renew Life's Constipation Stop product and Cleanse More? Need help making choice. Thanks.

Cleanse more has replaced Constipation Stop. They do the same thing, although a couple of ingredients have changed. I tried both and both work, although Constipation stop seemed to work quicker. Either way, both work.

can this be used for only one time or it has to be used continuously once started?

You can just use it one time. Yes. I find that it usually works better TWO days after...rather than the day after...I usually have the bowel movement the 2nd day. I hope that helps. I take it right before bedtime also.

Does it remove alcohol?
