Great product and excellent taste

I've been using this stuff for years. I love it & I plan to keep using it. It tastes great by itself & mixes well with most other supplement powders. I have noticed it helps my digestion if my stomach feels a bit off. But primarily I use it pre-workout or mid-workout to enhance fat burning. Keep in mind this won't help you lose weight if you working out HARD. If you are doing low intensity exercise or none at all, this won't help you burn fat. It will simply enhance your fat burning capacity if you are getting your heart rate up. So the more calories you burn in one session the more you will notice a mild enhancement. Although it is not the most powerful fat burning supp, I consider it be the safest & healthiest, since most others rely on stimulants &/or thermogenic effects. I did not like how my body felt on those so I quit taking them. However, I do also use caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, and green coffee bean extract with the L-Carnitine. My caffeine levels are not too high, even with drinking tea daily. I would say more or less the same thing about all these other supplements as I say of the L-Carnitine. If you aren't exercising and regulating your diet you won't lose weight. All of these things just support your hard work & discipline. They aren't a substitute for it by any means.

When I bought this product couple of months ago, it was very reasonable with the price for a 16 oz. bottle. This price is no longer the same. As the result, I had to purchase the 32 oz. sized bottle to pay less. However, the taste and the lemon flavor of the product are consistently pleasant... better than some of the other liquid L-Carnitine brands I had taken before. I also feel energetic with this same dosage of 1,000mg instead of the 1,500mg from other products.
