Love the design of these weights bc of my arthritis . Easier to hold & use . Cushioned for comfort & ease of exercising . Easy to store by my recliner so when watching tv can exercise my hands , wrist , fingers & arms( for my arthritis ) . No assembly needed. Great value for added comfort grips & design. I just needed something that would be easy to grab and exercise my arms from time to time. These weights are more compact that the barbell style and the grip is comfortable when working out. The are easy to store and the colors add appeal.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Incredible hand dumbbells
These dumbbells are so high quality and have excellent ergonomic grip. I use them for fast pace Sculpt Society workouts and they work so well. The color is great and have no signs of wear or tear after several months of use. Definitely worth it.
