I really wasn't sure whether to believe this or not, but decided to just give it a try. THE BEST QUIT SMOKING thing I have tried! And I've probably tried 90% of what is on the market. I'm giving this spray 5 stars. Not because I've used it but the support its given me by having it. I found out 6 weeks ago I have a mass in my chest that is stage 3 cancer. It had ....notice I said "had" my left lung almost half deflated. After cemo, radiation and not smoking it is almost fully inflated. No wheezing, hard to breath ect. The mass was caused by smoking. I smoked for too many years to count until my heart acted up 2 weeks ago putting me in icu. 10 percent was pumping blood ect. I could have died. With this spray handy? I know there is something safe I can use. I'll admit I want a cigarette at times but remember my heart and being on a bi pap machine just to breathe. How bad the ctscan and ultrasound hurt trying to find my breathing problem hurt. 2 days until the problem was found due to me saying I had a allergy to benedryl because I can't take allergy meds. I am allergic to the dye used in ctscan so benedryl is a must. I really want to quit smoking on my own is why I haven't tried the spray. My husband is quitting as soon as the few cigarettes he has is gone. He got rid of all the cartons we had bought and said when the open pack is gone no more will be bought. He will most likely need the spray tho. I'll update if he does. Having cancer I've lost 60 or so pounds so don't care about the cravings it stops but he's way over weight and sure doesn't need to gain more. I hate to waste so give him my uneaten food. Bad thing! I'm sorry this was so long but really needed to explain plus the dangers of smoking even tho each of us says it doesn't cause problems. This product contains xylitol. In the item description it says the inactive ingredients are Inactive Ingredients: Purified water, Ethyl alcohol 20%, 1 fl oz. (30ml) that is copied from the listing. When I got my item I checked the ingredients before use to discover the ingredients on the listing are wrong. I can't consume xylitol without getting horribly sick. Do not buy if you are sensitive to xylitol.

I'm in the process of trying to quit a pack a day (disgusting) smoking habit. So far, this spray only really helped me when I was having extreme cravings. I did not get rid of my last pack and ended up caving that attempt..I'm going to try weaning off using nicotine patches and this spray if needed the first few days. But as for going totally cold turkey like my first (failed) attempt... with just this spray-- I'll give it 3 stars for now, since it did help me resist a cancer stick for a few hours

I bought this for my mom, along with patches, to try and help her quit smoking. She said this really helps when she gets a sudden craving.
