My husband is now working from home because of the coronavirus situation and this chair has really helped with his bad back. He's able to work comfortably all day. And the guy that delivered the chair assembled it for us - excellent service that we weren't expecting.

I purchased the chair about a year ago. It is comfortable and an attractive design. However, the rivets holding down the seat webbing broke on one side after approximately a year of daily use. While I like the chair, I was hoping that it would be more durable than that and last for more than a year!The good news is that I contacted the supplier and they promptly repaired the chair. I am glad that they stand behind their products

The chair looks the part, however after a year and a half of normal daily use, the base seat is broken on one side. There are screws that hold each side tight and in place and those are completely gone on one side (7 of them), meaning there is no longer any tension on the base seat. Very disappointing quality
