Sturdy, strong, secure 1kg weights.
Arrived a day earlier than expected. Have used daily when hula hooping, exercise biking and during pilates. Velcro securely fastens the weights, they hold securely. Not uncomfortable at all on ankles or wrists. I chose the 1kg weight and I'm glad I did. I can feel the benefits during my workouts but without pain!! Highly recommend.

I bought these for my daughter to use during her gymnastics training. They are a pretty colour and fasten well but perhaps more importantly, they do not hurt or rub against her skin. They are soft and secure on her slender ankles and wrists.

Cheap and nasty!
Poor packaging usually associated with inferior products, no instructions as to fitting to limbs!

Excellent for toning exercises.
I started using these as per my physiotherapists recommendation and I must say these are very good products. Very easy to put on and good quality stuff.

A product you can rely on
This is exactly what I wanted, I chose the 1kg weights. I use them as wrist weights and ankle weights and they are ideal for me. I have purchased Proiron items previously and was very pleased with them. Would certainly recommend to others

Velcro doesn't fit well
The product seems ok but the velcro is rather weak, especially the end parts does not hold together well. Think I should request a replacement. Can the seller contact me please if this is just a faulty or all of them are like this?
