I did not buy this oil for pain, but rather, in the hopes that it would help me to feel more relaxed. I had my mom rub some in down my spine, then rub in any remaining oil on my whole back. Immediately, I felt what I can only describe as a warm hug down my spine. It was very subtle, but it was there. It helped me relax when nothing else could. I'd had a particularly long period of insomnia and was beginning to feel desperate. I was *so* tired, but I could not relax. Once I had this applied, I was finally able to "let go" and I had a sound and peaceful sleep. The next time I applied it, I added the taking of a Lemon Balm capsule (I am always on the hunt for things to help me relax and sleep), and the Lemon Balm helped a lot, too. This oil is truly a Gift. I also use two drops of RMO's Sacred Frankincense with my facial serum and it does wonders for my skin. Thank you RMO for offering some quality products!! I am so thankful.

I love this stuff! I use it with shea butter, fractioned coconut oil and copaiba essential oil for pain management. Because of multiple extremely tragic and near fatal accidents I've had I use this for my pain management. I told the doctor no pain meds or anything for me. This is literally all I need and use.

Good quality oil. I've had this (occasionally) itchy bump on my shoulder for 5 years that had recently started to become more itchy and seemed a bit larger. I started applying this daily and the itching is almost non-existent, and the spot is definitely smallee. Not telling anyone to be like me and not go to a doctor.... But sharing my experience. After having had a client who used (sacred) Frankincense to rid herself of a cancerous breast lump, I thought I'd try. Now this isn't Sacred frankincense, it is regular..and part of a blend- however a great quality and decent price. I also like to use it on my pulse points for grounding.

As compared to YL Valor, the scent is close but still not as fresh and clean. The price is good.

I only use Rocky Mountain Oils because of their high vibe/frequency and they've always been great quality. Over the years I've used several bottles of 'Aligning' with my clients and they all loved it. But this most recent bottle smells much different, as if the recipe has changed. It carries a different frequency - It's not good/bad, just different.

The reason I ordered this is because it was going to have Blue Tansy in the composition. That is the key for making an oil chiropractic in its properties. The bottle I received does NOT have Blue Tansy. Its effects on the body are significantly weaker than the Aligning oil that used to have Blue Tansy. I will look elsewhere if they do not go back to the original formula. Very disappointed. Can't return it either.

If I were buying this type of essential oil blend again, I would buy "Align" by Edens Garden. Their's is the same blend except it does not contain any carrier oil, so you get WAY more for your money. Of course, if you can't be bothered putting several drops of that blend in a carrier oil, then this is a good choice.

I have been suffering a lot from lower back pain and after reading other review thought I would give it a go. It has helped a lot. It is worth purchasing. Of course I still will need to see a Chiropractor but I like how it eases my muscle tension. I can see myself buying in the future again.
