Works better than I thought
World better than I thought it would. Very pleased with the product. I just have to start using it more.

Good quality and hits the spot!
I was having weekly massages to try and release tension in my neck and shoulders by pressing trigger points in this area. I found this by accident, bought it and love it! It gets all the right spots that my messuage therapist did so it's great for keeping things looser and going longer between appointments. It's very good quality with no rough edges and sturdy but flexible meaning you can make small adjustments to where it sits.

Effective
This is a really simple device which unlike complicated electronic massagers can be used alone, without power and without worrying too much that you're doing it wrong. It's less versatile than a gun style massager for example, but it's advantages make it a very viable alternative. Using it is really easy, and doesn't require any special training. Once you have it in position your own body weight will do the job. I found it did a great job of relieving muscle tension. I hadn't tried this kind of acupressure in the past and I was very surprised and impressed by the results. I have a number of massage tools and I thought this one did just as well as the rest without the hassle of moving parts and batteries etc. It's also similar in price, which seems odd as it's essentially just a piece of moulded plastic, but the design is clearly good, and the material is clearly robust enough to create the required effect, and to last many years, but also soft enough to lie on without causing pain. Overall, this is a surprisingly effective device which has been effective in reducing pain and tightness in my back muscles, and I would definitely recommend it.

Very helpful for occipital neuralgia type pain
Ive suffered from back pain for a long time but over the past couple of years have had quite excruciating neck pain. I went for massages which helped temporarily but never really helped my neck. My search for pain relief led me to learn about occipital neuralgia which I have self diagnosed myself with! So far I’ve mostly been sticking the end of my hairbrush into the sorr parts but I wanted to try and buy something. I looked at a number of contraptions and bought this about 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t expecting an instant cure but it looked like it could help. It took me a while to figure out how to manipulate my head and neck into the correct position. I find i have to physically move my head with my hands to do it. I’m not sure ive yet found the absolute best position but it is certainly helping. I find the 2 nodules for the occupital part of the neck the most helpful. I also find that moving moving my head around a little while lying on it means it does its work a little better. Its a good weight and well made. Would I send it back? No. It definitely gives me relief. Ill be interested to see how it helps in the long run. I know i can expect to be instantly cured after having pain for so long. I am happy with it as it can give me much better relief that i can myself and it actually pinpoints the pain better that the massages I was going for where they couldn’t seem to understand where my pain was so kept going more for the shoulder area.

Another bizarre uncomfortable looking but highly effective self massage tool
With back pain inevitably comes neck and shoulder pain, they seem connected somehow..... Which leads me neatly onto another extremely odd looking and very heavy self massage tool from LittleMum and having used the tool for my back I'm more aware of what to do and how this time but still watched the video for best positions which again although short went on and on longer than Lord Of The Rings. I do recommend forcing yourself to watch the video as unless you are already a masseur it will give you the best start possible, it looks uncomfortable and is very heavy, but with an open mind a clear floor and plenty of space to relax in you will find your level for comfort and pain relief, do not overdo things or push yourself to try too hard of results are not immediate, positioning is everything and it takes a few tries to get the hang of where you should be for the best results for you. Another easy recommendation purely for the fact it is helping my neck and left shoulder pain a bit and I appreciate that help.

Best to watch the video for correct use/positioning - but it’s dull!
I thought these were really quite expensive. However the first thing you notice when you get them is the weight in them - there’s quite a bit! They also seem really well made with good quality materials. They provide 15 yr warranty so clearly believe in their product. There’s an instruction booklet that covers both the massagers they produce. It’s ok, gives a little information about the muscles being targeted and symptoms it can help with alleviating. Some pictures and description of how to use the massager. I’m more of a visual person so thought I’d watch the video - oh my! It’s very dull, not the most charismatic person to explain the product (sorry mate). Maybe just skip through to where he shows you how to use the massager as that’s quite useful to see, as I think positioning of these things is vital to correct use. I don’t find this particularly comfortable round the head (it’s not a soft material), but bearable for 10 mins. My posture is reasonable I’d say as although I’m a sit/stand office worker I do a lot of yoga, but I was surprised to find I was really quite tight and sore in my left side, whereas I always thought my right side was tighter (as a right hander). A few minutes flailing my arms around on this and, although somewhat uncomfortable at the time, felt surprisingly good afterwards with a bit more movement. Use on a bed if you want a less intense experience. There’s a picture of it being used on a chair - I couldn’t get that to work for me, was just a bit clumsy due to the weight of the product, better on the floor. Never had a massage before so don’t know cost, but for continual use this probably works out an ok price, though obviously this is only targeting one area.

Need to know how to use
Ordered this massager as I struggle constantly with a back neck caused by prolonged computer work. Arrived bagged inside a box. Surprised how heavy massager is and how firm silicon lumps actually are. Honestly design does not look appealing to attempt to lie on and instructions are confusing. Really does not hit the right spot for me, attempted several positions and movements and does not feel like a deep tissue massage at all. Not for me, not sure if its me but after about 2 mins of intense wiggling I just gave up. Overall, this is a good quality and very well made massager. If you are looking for this this of massager it's well made but my advice is be sure this is what you want before you buy. I would not recommend this product

Unexpected Gem
Fantastic, superb, mind-blowing, invigorating, enlivening, TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE! To try to describe why isn't easy, but it wakes things up and brings them on board, it allows me to put the most remarkable kind of shiatsu pressure on spots and at angles that are worth dozens of shiatsu sessions to be able to do myself, whenever I feel like it. I have lots of devices, they each do different things. I only need this to do what it does - which is something absolutely superb and wonderful. There seem to be knock-offs, I would order them to try but the time and energy to return them makes the experiment pointless. I just know that this thing is primo, non plus ultra, the level I call "most amazing". Better than going to a fancy restaurant including wine. Subjectively, this is a really, really fantastic experience. I'm surprised such things are available - I mean the experience - at this price. By the way, you'll have to experiment. And mileage may vary - this device is perfect for some things I was trying to do but couldn't figure out how to do at the right angle with the right pressure. I don't know where you're at or what your body is needing at this point. I've gotten a lot of these kinds of things just now. Kind of eenie-meenie-miney mo - some new ones arrived today. But out of the bunch, this is one of the keepers. Really, really helpful in ways I can't properly articulate here. Very worth getting. I think I just realized that it may be this thing that's allowing me to sleep so much more deeply and completely the last few days. This thing is actually magnificent. But they should call it "The Lobster" because of the way it looks. Ahh - you know what? Even if the knock-offs were as good, and I bet they aren't - the material this is made out of is PERRRRRFECT for what this thing does. Why fiddle with that? And it's kind of offensive that others just copied it that completely. I don't really trust a company that operates like that to do the right things where it matters. Pretty crazy how great this thing is, especially as you continue to use it and your body begins to crave it in particular ways. You can use your legs to lift your body so the pressure is applied to different areas in different ways, and in some spots practically stand your body up to put a lot of pressure on particular spots. But the exact consistency of this material is perfect, so I wouldn't really want to try a knock-off at this point. Yeah, very positive review on this thing.

Solid and Well Made
This is a solid device with serious weight. I was surprised how heavy it was. I use it from time to time and it does help loosen the tightness and break down the tension. I do suggest that you follow the directions exactly. Work slowly with it. I have read some reviews on being too small or too big for body size. I cannot attest to that but for reference I am 5'7". Also beware of counterfeit items that "look" like this, they are not the same. Be sure you are ordering from this seller. I recommend this product.

This is THE one to get
I’m so glad that I purchased this quality trigger point massager rather than a less expensive knockoff. It is firm enough to hit all the right spots. Not foam, firm :)

This WORKS!
If you have neck/trapezoid /back/shoulder problems I cannot recommend this enough! I know it is pricey, but it works!! I had a frozen shoulder 3 plus years ago, and still to this day can have my trap area literally click and lock up when I overwork myself. This device has saved me!! Whenever I get sore , which is often, this breaks up the knots in the tissues and immediately puts me back on track without further damage accumulating. At first it hurts. It is very HEAVY and dense, but this is also why I think it works as effectively as it does. It is Made super well and the trigger points dig deep in to your tissues. If it hurts too much at first, lay on your bed and use it and it will softe. It up but be effective. I’m telling you after you do use it, it’s a game changer! I always feels like a new person put back together again. Over time the “hurt” becomes a hurts so good type of feel and it isn’t as intense. So keep at it, if you found it too much at first. I just breathed through it but then after a few minutes when I stood up I realized how much better I felt! I even had lower back pain the other day from leaning over my sink while bathing multiple pets, I used it mostly where you are suppose to at the top part of my neck and back and the. rearranged it and also got in some areas on my lower back. While it isn’t designed for that it still worked! All fascia is connected too, but it took care of and saved me from rushing off to the chiropractor! It is worth its weight in gold in saving you from chiropractor appointments, and a whole lot of pain!!

Very well made!
This device is obviously well made, and I suspect would be worth the added expense of not buying the cheaper knock offs. Sadly I think it’s meant to help with a slightly different issue from the one I was hoping it would help me with, but although it wasn’t quite the best tool for me I do think it is going to be a miraculous discovery to help someone else!
