Take it to supplement vitamin c intake, I like that it doesn't contain all the chemicals in other brands

Gastritis help
I’ve bought this over 12 times now , it plays a huge role in getting me out of my gastritis/ gallbladder flares which I think is caused by severe gut imbalance. Would definitely recommend

Best natural source of vitamin C!
Acerola cherries are the best source of natural vitamin C that you can get. My only complaint is the recommended dosage of 3 capsules to get 1500 milligrams, which is quite expensive for me. So, I take one twice a day, and that’s 500 mgs in each. That’s more than sufficient, as the RDA is 90 milligrams.

seems to work
It seemed to work ok. A tad expensive but seems most vitamins are nowadays. I like the pink color cuz I could tell it from my other capsules that are the same size. It did have a mild aftertaste of garlic. I hadn't realized it had garlic but it wasn't disagreeable. I did wonder if it made my breath smell :). I will order it again!

Love the taste!
Love the taste of this product. Ginger, garlic and citrus flavor, plus Zinc in a pink capsule. I haven't had a cold since 2024. Fingers crossed!

Seem awful small to be 1000 mg
They're so small compared to the chewables. Illuminating me to how many fillers must be in the chewables. Happy I made the switch although I do miss the taste.

In my experience, works about the same as the synthetic Vita-C, although I realize this is supposed to be better for you. One thing I definitely do not like is that the capsules have a garlic-type flavor while you're swallowing them. That's the only time it manifests (no repeating), but it's weird. Might just be the casing.

The best, vitamin C
The vitamin C in these capsules is not derive from ascorbic acid, which is a manufactured form of vitamin C. This vitamin C is derived from Acerola cherries, which is a high form of pure true vitamin C. I had a recommend this product. Don’t buy the cheap vitamin C. I’m not doing yourself any favors.
